SOLD Very cool example of American Art Nouveau from 1895. Very nice Deep Etched shades with stylized Art Nouveau design flower stems in repeated almost parallel fashion. The arms of the chandelier sort of mimic the design of the shades with the upright flower petals on top of the stem. 30 inches diameter and 44 inches long would be great for a Period Dining Room. In the U.S Art Nouveau is a Victorian Sub style that you see a lot in the Victorians around 1895. If your space opens up to view another good size space this 3-light Art Nouveau Gas Chandelier will make a wonderful fit and as a whole be quite impressive.
