With no light behind the panels these Vaseline Glass Sconces look like Milk Glass. Extremely opalescent Vaseline Glass gets an Amber tinge when lit. The filament of the lightbulb and not the shape of the bulb gets to be a fiery ball behind the panel. Acanthus leaf separations between the panels which are themselves very interesting with a compound bend. Very exciting set of four sconces. Quite close to wall(6 inches) these sconces can be used in many areas of your home.
