Incredible Set of 10 Scrolled detail Cast Brass Sconces
with Crown Shades.Very lucky to get such a large set
of shades and all intact. Shades are Deep etched with
no particular pattern except semi geometric shapes of
different sizes. 2.25 fitter with 6 inch flare on top. The
scroll is an early symbol for books made of parchment
or animal Hide which were rolled up for storage.
Scroll is one of the simplest allegorical symbols
you see in early lighting.
